• Standard Shipping: A flat ₹50 shipping fee applies to prepaid orders below ₹349.

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.
• If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images at support@graingang.in.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification by our support team.

• We strive to keep all listed products in stock; however, availability may vary depending on demand.
• In case a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund or replacement promptly.
