- We ensure that every order is packed carefully, but if any issue arises, we’re happy to assist.

- When reaching out, include your order details and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product to help us verify and resolve the issue promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns for products once the packaging is opened, used or tampered with.
- Unopened, defective, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for review under our refund policy.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your claim is verified and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
